You must provide accurate information when creating a Vendit account and keep your details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Vendit may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or create security, fraud, or legal risks.
Vendit operates as a platform that may connect buyers with third-party sellers, merchants, delivery providers, and payment partners. Product descriptions, store information, stock levels, prices, and delivery estimates may be provided by third parties and can change without notice.
Where third-party sellers are involved, Vendit may not be the manufacturer, direct seller, or delivery provider for every listing shown on the platform.
Placing an order through Vendit is a request to purchase. Orders may be subject to acceptance, availability, verification, pricing review, seller confirmation, payment approval, delivery coverage, and fraud screening.
Vendit or the relevant seller may cancel or decline an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted, suspicious, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled.
Prices displayed on Vendit may include or exclude taxes, service charges, delivery fees, commissions, or other applicable charges, depending on how the app or seller presents them at checkout.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a transaction, you authorize Vendit and its payment partners to process the applicable payment, verification checks, refunds, reversals, or chargeback reviews.
Refunds, returns, and cancellations may be subject to specific product, seller, payment, and delivery conditions.
Sellers and merchants using Vendit must provide accurate business information, lawful product listings, truthful pricing, and reliable order fulfillment. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings, products, and business practices comply with applicable laws and platform standards.
Vendit may remove listings, restrict accounts, withhold payouts where permitted, or take enforcement action where necessary to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.
The Vendit app may require access to device features such as notifications, location, storage, camera, or photos for marketplace functionality. Some services may not operate correctly if those permissions are denied.
Vendit, including its branding, app design, website content, software, graphics, text, and platform features, is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit Vendit content or technology without authorization.
If you submit reviews, images, store content, product content, support messages, or other materials through Vendit, you represent that you have the right to do so. You grant Vendit a non-exclusive right to use, display, host, reproduce, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and improve the service.
Vendit may provide promotions, discount codes, reward programs, or referral features from time to time. These may be subject to separate rules and may be withdrawn, changed, or limited at any time.
By using Vendit, you agree that we may send service-related messages, receipts, security alerts, and operational communications. Promotional messages are subject to your communication preferences and applicable law.
Vendit may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the app or website if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, engaged in fraud, failed verification, or used the service unlawfully.
Vendit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, constant availability, or that all listings, pricing, seller content, or delivery estimates will always be complete or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, delays, payment issues, listing errors, third-party conduct, or service interruptions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vendit and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, your transactions, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Your use of Vendit is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
Vendit may update the app, website, marketplace features, pricing structures, policies, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms unless applicable law requires a different process.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Vendit's operations, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Any dispute should first be raised with Vendit so the parties can attempt to resolve it in good faith.
